The staff was amazing — very kind, friendly, and helpful

The only downside was the noise. You could hear noise from outside, and sounds from the hallway carried through the doors when people were walking by or talking

It was filthy and disgusting. The sheets were badly soiled to say the least. Also mould and stains in bathroom
