Nothing really, just not quite 4 star

Brilliant location. A minutes’s walk from cafe de France and the main square. And quite close to Bahia palace, le JARDIN though we didn’t go to the garden. Spacious apartment. Amazing terrace. Good and quick service from the owner. We requested for an hour and a half extra for check out which they said they would tell us on the day but said if they couldn’t do it they will keep our luggage in their family shop downstairs which would have helped as well. We did get the extra time on the day which was great. They had aircon but we didn’t need it as Feb is still a bit cold.

There wasn’t anything to dislike just a couple of things which might have made it more comfortable. The bathrooms could have had a few mats in front of the shower, basin as the floor was quite cold at this time of the year. Maybe a couple of room heaters to switch in the early morning. But not big issues at all. It is this time of the year which most likely made it cold inside otherwise most likely after March it gets quite hot.

The apartment was very spacious and we loved the roof terrace.

The apartment is looking tired . Furthermore it felt low like it needed a spring clean. It felt that it had been left clean enough by the last guest and all that had changed was that there was new blankets, towels and that the rubbish had been cleared away. Maybe just a quick wipe over the sink and shower

Great location, very close to Medina/el-Fna. Area had all the attractions you might want, everything was within walking distance, and it felt very safe. Apartment is big, spacious and good facilities. Roof terrace is amazing, really big, private and great views. Host was really helpful and friendly.

The directions on Booking.com were poor. As with all Riads in Morocco, it's always best to call the host and they will guide you.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of the square—a lively and vibrant area. Expect constant noise, especially in the morning when the cleaning vehicles pass by. Transport is only permitted from early morning until 13:00, after which cars and taxis are not allowed, so reaching the property will require a few minutes of walking.

Would highly recommend staying at Marrakech Medina Inn. The hosts, Issam and his brother Taoufik provided exceptional customer service. From booking all queries were answered and they went out of their way to be helpful for the whole duration of our stay. They arranged transport and were very friendly. The location is perfect and could not be any more central as just 2 min walk from main square. The apartment was large and comfortable and as 4 females we felt very safe. Would be happy to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

There was nothing not to like as we were very pleased with our stay. The only additions/ suggestions would be to have 2 keys available, a tea towel in the kitchen, small bins in the bedrooms and a mirror in second bedroom. As 4 females an extra mirror would have helped! Overall, no complaints at all with the service or accommodation. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Location is fantastic! You really feel in the middle of it all. Living room, bedrooms and bathrooms clean. Kitchen suitable for making basic meals. Roof terrace is an amazing space and lovely place to enjoy breakfast every morning and sunset in the evening. You can see the mountains in the distance which is just stunning!

Noisy at night, there are a couple of restaurant/bars just up the street which were open really late and scooters (and a musical tuktuk !) went past until around midnight. We found this part of our experience but could put some people off (Our little girl slept through it all!)

It’s a fantastic location to be so close to the Medina and Djemma el Fna, great sites, shops and places to eat. It makes life so much easier getting around especially with young children. There is masses of space, bathrooms & bedrooms clean and well appointed, Wi-Fi, TVs and aircon/heating are top notch, and the private roof terrace is a real perk. You feel like you’re a local.

Bear in mind that a downside of such a good, central location is there is a lot of noise from the street late into the evening. This is good-natured and not altogether off-putting, it didn’t concern us and our young children slept through it fine. Kitchenette could have felt cleaner, and some basics (eg a few coffee pods for the Nespresso machine) would be a nice touch.

Large and spacious apartment located in the heart of the Medina. As soon as you step out of the apartment you enter the hustle and bustle of this lively city. The property has a washing machine, second bathroom and Netflix in every room - this was fantastic for our family of 5! There is also a gorgeous, traditionally decorated rooftop to enjoy a coffee and take in the aura of beautiful Marrakech. Issam was our host and was always available to assist us if we had any questions, this included directing us to the best people to organize our daily excursions. We loved our stay!!
