the person who is was responsible to host me was so rude and made me inconfortable in front of my fiend

The staff was incredibly rude. We requested a 2pm check out, and they offered a 1pm checkout, then asking us to ring their manager if we preferred 2pm. After ringing the manager, they decreased the check out time to midday in spite of what i did. The location is horrible with it being in a really run down area within Marrakech, quite close to a slum. Furthermore, the facilities weren't clean at all. The shower tray was disgusting, and the sink felt as if it would pull out at any moment with it not draining properly either. Check in was also a nightmare having had to wait a long time to receive the keys. I will be expecting compensation, and will write to booking.com in due course.

The apartment was clean, and matches the pictures. Fast Wi-Fi network.

The TV was not working properly with slow functionality, it was impossible to use. Loud neighbors, you can hear loud talking and music from other apartments. No soap or cleaning materials in the bathroom.

lacked basic necessities for example, there was no microwave, no proper cutlery’s, or even a kettle, it’s 21 century these equipments are needed whether you list them or not, guest expect essentials or doesn’t seem worth the money and on top city tax as well. internet connection on Tv was very poor kept buffering had to keep resetting and was still very poor. no covers on duvets which seemed very odd, blankets were provided but didn’t seem clean as had scent from previous user, pillow cases and mattress covers didn’t seem clean as had stains, word of advice invest in duvet protectors and mattress protectors, pillow protectors so if stained you can wash and reuse them guest like myself would appreciate it. no cleaning products was provided as mentioned on listing only half bottle of washing up liquid and quarter bottle air freshener I ended up using my own antibacterial wipes for cleaning. I did notice some small bugs in bedroom and toilet maybe coming from plug holes as I did see a small drain like patch underneath shower mat so that needs looking at.

10min drive to city centre in a safe area with supermarket next to building entrance

need new bed sheets, pillow case and dove cover, its clean but overused need extra towel

The Property is on outskirts of the city but it was good and relaxing .
