Spacious first floor apartment in a multi-apartment villa. Comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen utensils. Good size balcony. Quiet at night once shutters down. Would be an excellent place to stay in summer - there's a good sized and deep communal swimming pool about 7mins walk from the apartment. Lots of good height trees around the property. Supermarket and a bakery is a 15min walk along what promises to one day be a finished footpath. Host was great and dropped us to the supermarket when we arrived late at night first night.

Be aware the apartment's orientation means it only gets sun from mid afternoon, that includes the balcony. There is non-stop traffic noise from the main road which runs nearby this gated development. It's quite a way from the madness of central Marrakech, but within the pickup zone for day trips. Needed to buy some basic supplies (eg. WC paper)
