The quality of Apartments and service from Martin was exceptional. From introducing himself before arrival to meeting us when we arrived and help throughout our stay was fantastic, really can't speak highly enough about our experience.

Nothing, you have to stay here if in the area.

Apartment Alma exceeded my expectations in every way! The host Martin met us to give us the keys and he couldn't do enough to help us, he booked us several meals and his mother even made a strudel when she found out my mum had been injured skiing. A beautiful and spacious apartment - plenty of space for 5 adults, ski locker on the ground floor, well equipt kitchen, 3 large bedrooms. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Mayrhofen.

Nothing I didn't like - the walk to the ski lift might be challenging (about 15 mins) for small kids but as 5 adults we managed fine. There are also ski lockers available at the bottom of Penken Express which Martin recommended to us if the walk was too far.

Martin went out of his way to accommodate us when we arrived in the town early in the morning, greeting us and giving us a personal tour of the whole building and pointing us to all the best spots in town from the balcony (shops, bakery, rentals, lifts etc, which are all very close by). Also, when the rest of the party arrived late, he came back again to welcome everyone and help them settle in, which was a really lovely, personal touch. This place is beautiful, modern, clean yet still has the feeling, character and atmosphere of the alpine surroundings. The apartment itself is roomy, all of the bedrooms were spacious, with super comfortable beds and with large balconies to take in the mountain air and beautiful views of the peaks on all sides. The kitchen is really well kitted out with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine(s!) - all the amenities you need for cooking in and plenty of room in the common area for our group of 6 to hang out. The property itself is extremely well and efficiently run, fresh towels appearing at the door in the mornings. And we were really cosy with the temperature the whole time. The boot room is easily accessible downstairs for getting ready at the start/end of the ski day, it’s also really fresh and clean - the best maintained I’ve ever experienced. From there, you can take a pleasant shortcut down a grassy lane, to reach the town and Penken ski lifts in a few minutes. Martin and his family were super kind, warm and welcoming and ensured we had the best experience possible on our visit to Mayrhofen. Thank you for an exceptional trip!

The apartment was stunning, beautiful decor and really comfortable. The kitchen had all appliances needed. We told Martin we had a baby with us and the apartment had a baby bed and high chair set up for us on arrival. It made travelling with a baby very easy! There is a pool right beside the apartment. It is right in the middle of the town with the ski lifts, shops, restaurants and bars all being a short walk away. Martin the host was amazing with recommending places to eat and helping with airport taxi. He was so accommodating and very friendly and helpful!

- our own breakfast was very OK! I did myself very good and sweet coffee. - nice staircase - rooms were nicely equipped and clean - over all very comfortable stay

- please sharpen the knifes - mattress too soft for me

Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartments. The kitchen has everything we needed (including a coffee machine and a toaster), beds are comfortable, balconies are spacious (and with a nice view!). But the host himself is what made our stay in the apartments an exceptional experience — he is a very friendly and helpful person, that was one of the best interactions between a guest and a host in my experience.

Even though we didn't hear any other guests in any of the apartments in the same building, I was constantly woken up by a church bell (which is not very close, by the way) at 7am. :) But if you're up for a skiing, this may be even a good thing. :)

The apartmant is gorgeous. Everything you need can be found in the apratment for a perfect stay. The apartment is designed so amazingly. Its cozy and luxurious clean and well equipped. Location is fantastic. Owner Martin is so friendly and so helpful. There is a great sauna center just nearby. Supermarkets and caffes around the corner. Great ski room. Coffee machine in the apartmrnt and reading room.

We liked everything.

Alma is an special place to stay, comfortable, best location, brand new apartment, exactly like the photos. And Martin is so friendly and help you if everything. To my family Alma will be in our minds forever! Great place!
