Awesome views, excellent location in the heart of Centro. Pablo who owns a unit in the building was always readily accessible. Loved having having a fully equipped kitchen too!

Some my find its location on top of Ice Box Hill inconvenient, for me it was perfect, I love walking and hiking, so for me it was a plus, the price to pay for such an awesome view!

We have stayed in both their 2 bedroom and the 3 bedroom locations at this property. For the view overlooking Centro the 2 bedroom was better and quieter then the lower 3 bedroom unit. But the room in the kitchen and couch area is better in the 3 bedroom location. Loved the view. This location is not for those with mobility issues. There are stairs to the units and the walk down the steep stairs to the lower roadway to access the beach is hard on your knees and lots of cardio. But for those who r loving a good sweat workout this is your location. Loved the quietness of the area as it is residential. Hosts are very friendly. When we stayed here we were here 10 days at a time. Glass balcony railing is nice, everything was clean when we arrived.

The 3 bedroom had no toaster. We ended up making toast over the gas range to eat breakfast as we like to cook at home. The stand alone bathroom was very bad odor ... never used it as smell was of foul sewage from somewhere, kept the door closed. But each bedroom has its own bathroom so not a big issue. Otherwise no complaints. Would be nice for thin top blanket on the bed as we had to buy one both times we stayed as we are canadian and get cold.

I cannot rave enough about the property manager, Francisco! He is so attentive and polite, he went above and beyond for us during our stay. The views are breathtaking, but Francisco’s hospitality was the star of the show for me!

The View might be best in Mazatlan. The host were great, The condo was spotless and really well laid out. Quite area of town high above everything. Don't rent a car walk to everything. Olas Altas right outside, Playa Norte a short walk, Las Changueras (Shrimp Ladies) a short walk, Pino Suarez Mazatlan Market a short walk. Plazuela Machado a short walk. Location, Location, Location, this place has it.

The host was great. He let us check in 3 hours early. We had good communication all the way through. I notified him of a problem, and it was resolved right away. The views are great, but it's a hike to get up the hill to the apartment. We didn't have any problems with didi/ Uber /taxi picking us up or dropping us off. If you don't want to hike up the hill, you can easily take a Didi, which was like 30-40 pesos.

The beds were very firm. I woke up every morning with back pains. You're not too far from the malacon, so expect loud music if you're there over the weekend. Bathrooms in the rooms are very small and close to the shower.

The View and easy access to the malecón. Very clean properties and very beautiful wiew. Very close to the Plaza Machado and the nearby restaurants.

The master bedroom could use a queen-size bed. Windows in the restrooms need screens to keep mosquitos outside.

We liked the view from the terraza.

Location, Excellent View, Accomodations were Clean !!. Francisco was very helpful to us during our stay. Would stay here again !!

IF walking the access to the building could be challenging. It's on a hill...Reason for the great view. BUT by Car, or Taxi...NO PROBLEM.
