Central to great restaurants, easy walkabout. Accommodating host, great maid service (on request), and secure building.

HOWEVER, a full-volume, 2nd floor, windows-open, hip-hop dance studio across the street runs week nights from 6-9pm. IT. IS. LOUD. Unnecessarily so. Also, pulmonias and others rolling down the narrow one-way street out front, blasting speakers. It is SLP Hotel San Francisco bad, although it slows up between 9-10pm, unlike the former, which rolls past midnight. Headphones are a must between these hours.

No breakfast with the suite but cooking facility was ok. Needed a pot though. Close to all sorts of eating places and close to market.

Someone to meet you on arrival to get you inside the building and to show you how things work.

The apartments are centrally located in Centro Historico of Mazatlan close to the Plaza Machado. It really has everything you need for your stay in Mazatlan. Great restaurants in walking distance. Great value compared to similar places in the area. We would stay here again.

The water in the shower was difficult to get the temperature right. The pool wasn't heated so we didn't use it maybe during the summer when it's hotter we would have. The pillows could have been better.

best place to stay in Mazatlan. This little apartment has everything you need and the terrace is perfect to relax in the evening. Just a minute walk to the plaza machado, 5 minutes from the beach. Definitely will stay here again when I’ll come back to mazatlan.

The owner was kind enough to allow me to check in early, I was very grateful for this as I'd had a long bus journey to get there and needed to rest. The location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, although quite small. (Good for 2 small adults but ideal for 1). Decor was interesting, it felt cozy. The woman who was in charge of maintaining the units was absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming and ready to help.

I thought the communication was quite poor. Really slow, except for the day I checked in and one time I had a problem with the internet. Otherwise, I think that can be improved. I didn't like the fact that the only window was at street level and although some measures have been taken to create privacy, if somebody wanted to they could just look straight in your room. That was a bit weird. (We were in room 1). The wall was literally crumbling off. This has been turned into a design feature of the room which was very clever but perhaps this needs some more attention as it's a little unpleasant to have the dirt on the floor (just in one corner). Ipod the everything was nice but i really didn't think it was the battle value . Kind of expensive for what you get. But that's just my humble opinion. It could be because mass event is just more expensive in general compared to where I've traveled to.

Eveything was perfect, location, staff, tidyness.
