Great Location in Centro Historico , next to the crown jewel of Mazatlan - Plaza Machado... Rooftop views...Decent Studio apartments...reasonably priced, but could be lower priced... Friendly neighbors in the building

Photos on Booking are NOT ACCURATE - If you want something Fancy, this is not the place for you... Go to the Touristy golden zone hotels there is no laundry in unit and the counters, furnishings, and other decor are shabby - but for me and probably a couple (whose expectations aren't too high) it is an adequate - good place to stay for awhile to Enjoy all Maz has to offer The owners should upgrade the couches, counters (wood counters are bad), etc. Also would be nice to receive a phone call or in person visit from Caroline, the manager...

Great location good apartments that are well-kept

The photos on booking.com are not accurate… The apartment was acceptable But not quite nearly as nice as the photos on the website… There was definitely no laundry machines And the couch was old and shabby

Walking distance to sites of old city many restaurants

Needs more up dated lighting .

The location, the place is a 2 minute walk to many restaurants, bar, boutique stores.

It would or could be a cute little boutique hotel.....but it was a rundown, old, old everything and not a good old 😐 rough wood cabinets in kitchen,,bathroom. It was a quiet, secure place, clean. . Just needs some TLC

Location is awesome. This is the second time I stay there and it couldn't be better located. You can walk to parks, restaurants, the beach. Awesome

It seems to be a trend with properties in Mazatlan. Faucet and showers drains are always slow or get clogged. I believe is a matter of a little maintenance

The bed was so hard the pillows had a horrible smell

Location is great, it is less than 5 minutes walk to Plazuela Machado and Plaza Mercado and the Basilica. Location is tidy and safe and incredibly pretty. I was very comfortable here at all hours of the day and night.

Nothing! Sometimes other residents would forget to lock the main entrance door; it wasn't a problem and no one came in through it - Also not the fault of Carolina, she can't make everyone behave!
