At arrival some snacks and drinks were available. Easy to find and good parking space. The host responds quickly and friendly to our questions.

The shower drain was clogged, you wonder if cleaning is done properly. The clog was quickly fixed after we called the host. Ventilation in the shower did not work, you are in full steam. Or in freezing cold when opening the roof window. The door to the bathroom cannot be locked. An adult can only reach the beds on the mezzanine floor on his knees, no possibility to stand. Access to these beds via an uncomfortable, small (unsafe) staircase. The two beds below this mezzanine have little side space to get into the bed. This room in more suitable for just 4 kids. Very limited (actually only 1 cabine in the main bedroom) closet space to store your clothes. No hangers and hooks to dry your clothes and towels. Central dimmable lighting in the bedrooms, no reading lamps for all beds. Only 1 comfortable sofa for 3 people, this is really too little if you offer the house for 6 persons. There is a TV in the living room, but we were not able to get in working. It seems that there is only pay-tv available? The inner walls are just made of stacked beams, the apartment is very noisy. The temperature in the house is very difficult to regulate, on arrival it was way too hot (> 23 degrees). Lowering the settings in a controlled way is difficult and day 2 was therefore too cold. Finally we left with a normal temperature. Next to that cold freezing air blows through the kitchen cabinets and extractor into the living room, although the extractor was switched off. We missed easy manuals for all the kitchen equipment, would have saved us a lot time. All in all a very disappointing 4-night stay in this apartment for quite a large amount of money.
