There's a character limit to the negative section of the review. I'd write more if I could. The third party hosting the property requested feedback be sent via message rather than via review. It's been almost a week since my message with no response, clearly disingenuous and automated.

1. No parking offered. Instructed via message to park on the nature strip. This would be reasonable if there was actually no space on the property to park, but the entrance to our “studio” was via the owner’s garage which had two older luxury cars that were clearly not in use. This set the tone of the owner’s greed charging high rates for a shonky renovation of essentially a shed with no thought or care for the actual guest experience. 2. Dirty robe hanging on the chair in the courtyard outside. 3. The entrance door is for both the bedroom and kitchen/living area, yet the curtain only goes halfway across! Leaving no actual privacy/sunlight coverage. 5. Picture frame in the living area was crooked 6. The toilet is IN the shower cubicle. The toilet became completely covered in water after having a shower. This also meant that toilet paper had to be kept outside away from the toilet. 7. The toilet/shower had very poorly applied privacy film 8. Two additional third-parties to deal with, “BnB Hosts Team” and “Know Your Guest” I was sent a total of 8 messages before and during my stay. Completely excessive and annoying. But no reply to feedback message! 9. Providing ID etc is understandable, however in order to secure your reservation, you must agree to signing a document that states you’re liable for anything they deem to be “damage”. The alternative to this is to pay a non-refundable charge of $35 in advance. This is essentially a ransom which is easier to pay than potentially exposing yourself to further potential harassment and loss of time and money as the unclear and undefined terms and conditions leave to far too much opportunity for liability under their arbitrary criteria of what they may potentially claim as “damage” 10. Passive aggressive request for things like taking the bins out and ensuring the property is left clean.

The place needs a deep clean. It was very dusty, spider nets everywhere. The entrance through the garage is not very private and has tons of spiders. The host uses an external company to manage the property. And it is so bad, very demanding, and annoying, sending me like 100 messages. I did my reservation with Booking but still have to deal with another company.
