If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card. Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth. For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process. To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If this cannot be provided, a phoyo of the card used to pay showing only the last 4 digitis and cardholder name may be required. "great apartment, lovely complex and location .great owners to deal with"

loved location . apartment block . quiet . restaurants nearby . parking and security. skybus and train is close

cleaner hadn’t cleaned pots and pans at all but owners replaced these and were obliging . kitchen could do with some extra cutlery (eg bought a paring knife ) . dryer would have been helpful . extra cleaning materials (eg dishwasher tablets and jif) and vacuum cleaner would have helped .
