Upstairs Studio Apartment with street access

Location to Showgrounds & local shopping/restaurants & public transport was fantastic

Wasn’t anything to dislike

Fit for purpose..Comfortable and clean.Good location.

I liked the location. All the appliances worked.

I had to contact the host several times to get the door code - 2 texts, 1 voicemail and eventually he answered and gave me the code verbally. I specifically requested he text the code to me but he did not. The bed was terrible. I had to wipe the bench and coffee table when I arrived to clean them. The whole apartment really needs some attention. The bathroom needs a reno. There was no paytv and there were no water saving devices in any of the taps.

Everything you need and extremely clean and comfortable

Enjoyed the accessibility & ease, centrally located to restaurants & local shops. This was a quiet location & importantly walking distance from the Kensington Town Hall.

There was some noise that woke me, early Saturday morning when trying to sleep in. Could do with a Smart TV

It’s position was excellent for us as we were visiting family who live very close by. It’s an easy walk to Newmarket station & to the trams on Flemington Rd & the many cafes & restaurants nearby. A Woolworths grocery store is also very close. It’s very handy having a washing machine & clothes dryer. They have a car parking permit if you have a car.

It would benefit from a minor update. The carpet has stretched so has a ridge in it which is a trip hazard. There is an internal flight of stairs from the entry level to the apartment. There is no key to the apartment door once inside the building but only the owners access the laundry which is downstairs.

location is great.. walk to everything and close to the trams. comfortable and warm. Host were really nice and friendly. Very accommodating and friendly. Helped with directions etc

Only one negative ... streetlight immediately outside un-curtained upper window above bed. Any time we woke we thought dawn was happening!
