"Large Comfortable Rooms with nice balcony."

Great location close to the city and with a tram stop just 150m away its just a quick tram ride to Woollies if you need supplies. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal and a coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

It was difficult to cool the main bedroom without freezing the main room. It was hot muggy weather though.

Very clean apartment with everything there that we needed. Location was great, easy access to CBD and numerous cafes and shops on Burke Road. Excellent communication with the host, Richard.

We were visiting our family who live In Camberwell so the location was in walking distance to them. The apartment was very comfortable and very easy to collect the keys.

"nice unit. very good secure parking, a bit to much road noise. no fly screens."

Mold on wall behind the kitchen sink. drains to the kitchen sink and bathroom drains needed cleaning. (I cleaned the vanity drain my self) dust to laundry cabinet. No top sheet to bed. side of bed broken.
