Premium Seafront Apartment with Panoramic Bay Views

Fantastic location right on the bay of Mellieha. Very large flat with a long corridor. The large living room with direct sea views was fantastic. Good air conditioning. We really enjoyed the coffee machine with Nespresso capsules.

It was extremely difficult to find the flat! On Booking.com, the location is marked at the other end of the bay (see foto listed). We drove around the bay for over an hour in the midday heat, phoned the service hotline several times, who also sent us the wrong Google Maps link. In the end, we had to ask people from the neighbouring house to find it. Then it was unclear in which field we had to enter which code. That's an imposition. A description with a few photos would be very helpful. I think the incorrect listing of the flat on the Booking.com site is an unfair and reprehensible! I use this information as a guide and for me it is crucial whether I book or not!

The apartment was advertised as two bathrooms but there was only one shower. The second bathroom had a hand held shower head over the bath. We had one shower for 4 people. This needs to be clarified in your description of the facilities. We expected two showers. The WiFi code didn’t work and access to WiFi was at the back of the apartment, using a completely different code on the back of the modem in the second bedroom.

Amazing seafront view, huge apartment with wonderful amenities and right acrosss the street from restaurants, beach club, ATM and convenience store that sold everything. Apartment was not only spacious but modern and beautifully decorated.

Washing machine wasn't working properly and we couldn't get our clothes out for over 12 hours. We called property who advised us what to do but then couldn't reach them after midnight when their method didn't work. We were told there was 24/7 customer service but there was not. We ended up having to figure it out on our own. This was our only issue.

Finding the property was very difficult from the welcome email, as the google maps link, the coordinates given and the map on booking.com show 3 different places not very close to each other. Saying it's right opposite Starbucks would have been simpler! Also the add says 'free parking included' however when we asked about this we were told 'the streets are all free parking' which isn't really the same as having a designated spot, bit cheeky
