Mellieha Luxury Penthouse with sea & country views

Due to problem that host has with the cleaning agency, key was not present in key box, but after a while we managed to enter the building and found the host there for further communication.

Communication in terms of last minute changes about the check-in procedure, but we manage to overcome it after a while ... Bed linen and towels can be changed more frequently, especially for more than 3 day stay ...

Good value for that price! Great view and location. A lot of space!

Location: Perfect - in the best location of Malta. The apartment: Amazing, with huge space and confort. The views are a plus and it is very quiet!!! In the accommodations you have everything you need for a week with family. I would certainly book again!!!

it is just to let others aware - it is not a complain from our side...when you go to supermarket, dont forget to buy dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. It is not included in the apartment.

Seldom I have seen an apartment which was so overstated as this one. Damaged curtains and not able to be closed is only the smaller issue. Only one face towel for an apartment for 6 people, only 3 glasses for wine, only a pan of 22cm average. A second small pan which did not work on the induction oven. The backing oven was dirty like hell. When we switch it on we had big smoking clouds in the apartment and could not see from one wall to the other. What was the cleaning person doing here? We only got one kitchen towel (and bought 5 ourselves). No teapot. No coffee machine. Blank walls (no pictures or decoration). A fridge door not connected with the panel. Light like in a railway station. No carpet. Steady light on the front door. No professional wine opener. No coaster. Pillows of lowest quality (synthetic and after washing them they got crumbled totally) Bed makes a lot of noise when turning. No furniture in the main room (cabinet for example) upper shower dripping although closed. No shower door. The whole bathroom is under water after showering. The toiletseats are not fixed well. When you switch on the light an awfully loud fan is waking up everyone. No instructions what to do with the trash. And we had one water outage and the owner just said that it is a problem of the public water system and he cannot do anything. But then two craftsman came and fixed the problem. Honesty and customer service is not prioroty number one of the owner. The owner obviously has no interest to have a fantastic apartment. So many things could be done with little effort but you need to have the right aspiration for this. Obviously missing here. If I would be the owner I would take care of such an apartment as it still has a few things which would make it interesting to visit. As a summary: This apartment has nothing to do with LUXURY!

Location is perfect. In the middle between center of Mellieha and sea/beach. Restaurant and bus stop near by. Kitchen is well equiped. Washing mashine works. Apartment is spacious, two bathrooms, very nice terraces.

The apartment was not well cleaned. The bathrooms are the weakest point of the apartment. Wash basins are close to breaking (they are not properly installed). There is no any shower curtain so you have water everywhere. No garbage bags, single roll of paper toilet for 10 days... etc.

- spacous apartment with big kitchen equipped with all necessities - big balcony with excellent view towards the Parish church - good location with available free public car park - good price fot 7 nights - nice gesture of the host - left bread and fresh milk in fridge on arrival

- bad mold smell in bedrooms - poor solution of walk in shower in both bathrooms
