NE1 - Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect location

The issue with the dirty sheets and pillow-cases was resolved quickly.

1) What's not shown on pictures, is that the room has the window into the ditry technical tunnel, where all the smells of toilets, cooking and birds are present. Therefore, you can never open the window, and refresh the air in your room. 2) The apartment at all was quite dirty, when we arrived, so we had to buy the detergents and make the cleaning ourselves. 3) There's no coffee machine or any gadget to prepare coffee. 4) All the pots and pans were dirty and almost all with the scratched surface, so you can't use those for cooking. We had to buy the new pan to be able at least to make an eggs... 5) The coach in the kitchen is very dirty - no way to use that 6) You've got no any elementary stuff for your staying (laundry detergents, soap, tea, sugar, salt...) So, the apartment is quite far from "lovely" as it has been called at the advertisement. We were disappointed.

Good location, close to the mini market and beach. Also close to bus station.

Master bed is too shoort, uncinfortable for persons taller than 1,70 m. Water is leaking under the shower, shold be sealed better. There is annoying sound of taping waste water in the pipeline next to the master bedroom window. Wake me up whenever someone uses bathroom thrououht the night.

Very good location, close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean with everything we needed provided.

Air conditioning working not far away from beach 

Floors was not clean at all full of grit I don’t know when last time, Clane Shower cabin, not clean we was cleaning self Beds stinks tobacco ash Wash machine, not working every time I need to clean water horse shower head also need to clean every time. Don’t believe me I have pictures I come here for holidays, not working and cleaning someone else not complete job

If you have a car from here you can go wherever you want, it is even easy to park in front of the apartment.

the WiFi does not have enough range for the back rooms

The location was near the beach. It was near mini supermarket.

Location was quite ok, fully equipped kitchen, ease of finding.

One aircon was not working, this means we could hot heat up the room. It was 13 degree inside (December). We had two kids with us (9 and 13), so they had to sleep with mum in queen bed and I had to sleep in the cold room where unfortunately I got sore throat. Tried contacting host via "Emergency WhatsApp number' but no one even read my message. (it was read in January) - so emergency number was useless. I contacted host over booking, it took 24h for the first response, then another 24h then another 24h. So we exchanged 3 sentences over 3 days. Heating issue was not sorted. Host also decline my partial refund request. I understand that sometime equipment fails, but in that scenarios you have to be extra responsive - we felt ignored.
