Location

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the severe mismatch between the advertised and actual condition of the rental property I am currently occupying. Despite paying a premium price for what was marketed as a luxurious stay, the reality has been far below expectations. I wish to bring to your attention the following critical issues that have significantly impacted my stay: 1. Electricity Problems: The electricity frequently switches off when using more than two or three air conditioners. This is a serious issue considering it is the middle of summer and the property was advertised as being fully equipped to handle multiple AC units. We have even been unable to take proper showers, as the electricity cuts out after just a few minutes. 2. Safety Concerns with the Gazebo: The stone gazebo over the garden furniture is severely cracked, and a corner is missing. This is particularly alarming as I have children with me, and I am gravely concerned about its stability. The village festa and nearby fireworks exacerbate these fears, as I can physically feel the explosions, which I fear may further weaken the structure. During our stay, a part of the gazebo actually broke off due to rain and wind—thankfully, this happened at night, or someone could have been seriously injured. 3. Substandard Furniture and Amenities: The sofa in the main living room is torn in multiple places, detracting from the comfort and aesthetic we were promised. The pots and pans in the kitchen are in poor condition and appear to have long outlived their better days. The water in the kitchen faucet is affected by the pool’s water supply, with a visible pipe running through the garden—an unsightly and impractical setup for a property of this supposed caliber. 4. Games Room Issues: The games room is a significant disappointment: Only the table tennis table works properly.
