Fishy smell in the hallways
FRTrès beau loft, très bien équipé (équipement cuisine, vaisselle, machine à café), très propre. Vraiment bien situé, dans un quartier calme, devant un parc et près de plusieurs commerces et services. Possibilités nombreuses de petits déjeuners à proximité. Si nécessaire contact rapide et efficace avec le gestionnaire qui est très réactif.

I didn't realize that there was no elevator, We were on the third floor, I had no issue but someone older might.

Furniture was worse for wear (kitchen table was pockmarked, stains on bed frame), bathroom has a serious mold issue; inside of bathroom door could use a good cleaning
GBIt was a nice, clean, airy large space. The TV was great, Netflix worked perfectly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was great to have our own space and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of trendy Mile End, and within walking distance of Old Montreal.
It was one notch more run-down than I expected; I think the photos of the property must have been taken some time ago. For example, the large chest of drawers was quite ricketty and we didn't trust filling it with our clothes. Some of the edging strips on the kitchen units had come away. There was also a faint smell of damp throughout, though the host offered to reimburse us for air fresheners.
CAThe location was excellent. Right in the heart of Mile End. Close to tons of restaurants, bars, parks and the Metro. Our questions and requests were answered very quickly.
I guess we don't know how to use Nespresso machines because it kept resetting to the shortest cup of coffee ever! Like less than 5 seconds of brew time!

FRThe room gives on the street and is VERY noisy until around 3 am, even with the window closed. With the window open, two people have to speak up when cars go by to hear each other.
