Зручне розташування. Чисто, охайно, тепло, було все необхідне для комфортного перебування в апартаментах. Хороші сніданки в кавʼярні які були включені в проживання, меню на вибір.

Шумоізоляція не дуже якісна але це притензія до забудовника.
