La posizione eccellente, vicino al centro città con I negozi, farmacie, locali carini.

In generale la casa era pulita e fornita di accessori vari. Il pavimento riscaldato è fantastico. Unica pecca che tutti i casseti ( sporchi) contengono vari oggetti, ed, effettivamente non usabili.
