"Great apartment with a superb view."

Lovely well-equipped apartment with a brilliant view over the Danube towards Visegrad and its castle.

Not a problem for us but (despite the Booking.com listing) the property is not on the Danube beachfront. It is in fact up a steep hill and then accessed via 70+ stairs up the steep hillside garden. It would not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Also not a problem for us, but the check in window (1500-1700) is very tight, especially if travelling by unreliable long distance trains.

The accommodation was recommended to us by friends. It is a picturesque place where one feels at home. It is fully equipped and cozy.The hosts created a pleasant Easter atmosphere, took care of us, to ensure,we do not miss anything. We plan to return with friends, because we didn't have time to explore everything the area has to offer.

The location, the view, the apartment itself. 3rd time here, never disappointed:)

The stairs might be a bit dangerous during winter, it could be slippery

Lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Wonderful views from the patio over the Danube to Visigrad castle. Close to train station, shops , restaurants and ferry.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely garden with superb views over the Danube and Visigrod. Spent lovely breakfasts on the balcony and evenings watching an ever changing view. Delightful village with a great Saturday market. Shops and restaurants very good. Ferry every hour to Visigrod. Great walking with lots of steps.

Loved everything, but look carefully at shop and restaurant opening hours to make sure you don't miss out.
