Locația este excelentă, situata la câțiva metri de port. Accesul se face ușor, iar locuri de parcare gratuita sunt mai mult decât suficiente. Atmosfera în port este foarte linistita, departe de agitația din localitatea Skopelos, dar in același timp doar la 30 de minute de mers cu mașina de Skopelos, iar drumul este foarte bun. Sunt cateva taverne cu mancare foarte buna. In schimb locatia este foarte aproape de cele mai frumoase plaje de pe insula. Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare si foarte atente ca sejurul sa fie fara probleme. Am avut un sejur excelent. Multumim.

"Splendid stay at Lina's Maisonette"

Fantastic place to be, and with the most hospitable hosts! Close to everything in Neo Klima/Elios and especially the harbour. Walking distance to the most beautiful beach on Skopelos, Hovolo. Everything about our stay at Lina's was great. The maisonette had two bathrooms which is very convenient. The roof terrace is amazing! Loved the stay, and would love to come back.

Nothing was bad. Everything worked perfectly.

Location has that WOW! factor. Well furnished private roof terrace overlooks the sea and harbour with sunset thrown.in for good.measure. Hosts, Lina and Stamatis are ever available for advice and advice to enhance your stay. Neo Klima is a charming quiet resort with two connecting main.roads,a couple of supermarkets and.half a dozen tavernas, the best being.the Oasis by a country mile. Quiet walks, long well equipped, Sandy beaches.with safe bathing and a lack of nightlife after 23.00 deters most of the Millennials and newer. What's not to like?

Not leaving would be advantageous.

The location was wonderful in the small town of Nea Klima, The hosts were so wonderful and welcoming. Me and my friend felt so comfortable! The place was clean and very homey and spacious!

We loved the location and the terrace was great for relaxing and watching the sunset. They were fantastic hosts ,,, unfortunately we were there during storm Daniel and had to leave a day early ,,, they were so kind and found us a hotel in Skiathos and took us to catch the ferry… we really appreciated their help and would love to visit again..
