Central Apartment Newcastle

The apartment was very spacious, absolutely spotless and warm and being in the Main Street location proximity to shops/cafes/pubs etc very good.

Nothing at all.

Location is excellent. Apartment clean and spacious.

We could have done with more seating. Unfortunately the area for bins outside the back was very wet and we were unable to clear all our rubbish.

Great central location, easy access to enter, open plan kitchen and living area which helped it to feel spacious.

Unfortunately shortly after arrival i noticed the apartment had not been cleaned to the highest standard, nothing major just dirty windowsills with some dead flies, other peoples food left in the freezer such as a KFC sundae and the freezer almost fully iced over resulting in being unable to pull out either of the drawers. So basically unusable. However it was the lack of wifi and intermittent connection that really affected our stay from night 1. Travelling with 2 kids under 5, our evenings rely upon working internet to watch tv and do some bits of work. This was impossible, and although they sent out someone to look at it, the problem wasn't fixed throughout the whole 4 night stay. The tap in the kitchen was almost falling over and would randomly start pouring with steaming hot water - another call out from a plumber to fix it the next day. Finally, the roof in the bathroom started to leak one morning which meant reporting a 3rd issue and a 3rd call out. Not the smoothest sailing, but i did appreciate the acknowledgment of this and the offer of compensation. However, now that we have checked out and despite my messages to enquire about the compensation; I am being ignored. If those issues had not occurred, i would say it's decent for the price and a good location. Although it is opposite a pub so got noisy towards the weekend with cars idling outside and lots of bar goers having a good time in to the early hours.

The noise from up above in other apartment no late check out and deposit says on ad get it on checkout but it was 3 days after other than all this it was great def come back

Wee like that it was on the main street and close to everything, shops etc.WiFi was very good and beds very comfortable 👌

Great Location - comfortable beds.

Stayed here many times. Very run down, sofabed in living room needs replacing. Blinds/curtains don't work well. Tap in kitchen broken/leaking/ very noisy.
