"comfortable stay"

Everything works inside apartment and it is, like it should be: - aircon - fan - fridge - comfortable bed - lift - electric kettle - hot water Around in the area, many bakeries, shops, fruit and veggie stalls etc. 20 minutes walk (1.5 km) to the beach promenade.

no cups/ glasses in the kitchen (?) if you have noisy neighbour, you will hear him...

"The sound scene is lively..."

They use quality things when possible. The wardrobe's woody smell is good!

No soundproofing, at all. I had to listen to the room next door's Baby Shark for the whole afternoon. And then crying at night. There's a shy cockroach in the bathroom. There's no table to work with laptop.
