Everything was as described in the information. The apartment was very clean and well organised with clear information about everything we needed. The lift and the TV setup were really helpful as my wife broke her foot days before we checked in. Access to wider facilities is really useful.

It would be better if the previous occupants' food was removed.

The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures, located in a calm neighborhood with access to two pools and a gym. It’s very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long stay — definitely the best option

Excellent choice for a family vacation, the owner offers all the amenities, fully equiped kitchen, a/c in all the rooms, some books for you to read even! Beds, linen and towels provided were of great quality! Would definitely come back next year!

Parking space allocated to the appartment is a bit narrow but we made it work

The apartment was really clean and well equipped. Everything was clean and working. Instructions for the appliances Wi-Fi, TV and Firestick were excellent, as was guidance about the local area and facilities. Any equipment we needed for cooking and cleaning was easy to find. We only had one problem which was of our own making (I didn't close battery cover in the safe properly, and the batteries fell out) but this was quickly sorted out by the local contact named in the guidance. The location is great for us. Close enough to get to beaches etc... but not too crowded and with some lovely local restaurants.

Nothing, really. We plan to book again. We're in Cyprus most years, and it's a perfect distance from the village we usually visit.

The apartment is comfortable and the location is great, as it's very close to the main road of Kapparis where all the restaurants are and some good beaches. Amenities in the apartment are good and the kitchen has the basics if you want to cook. Bathroom was modern and a good size.

Overall, the communication with the manager was disappointing, she was quite unprofessional and made everything "difficult". I had to resort to Booking's customer service to resolve and waste so much time in the back and forth. As soon as I made the booking, the property manager messaged me to "upsell" and let me know that the property was available for more days if I wanted to extend my stay. I politely declined and asked them if they could provide a high chair and cot for our baby. She gave me the charges for each and then I checked their listing on Booking and saw the high chair was listed as free and the cot for almost half of what she was asking. I sent her screenshots and she told me to speak directly with the owner. I messaged Customer Service and in the end got the high chair for free, as stated. Also during the time I was allowed free cancellation I wanted to reduce my stay by 1 night, and they offered only a 30eur refund which in the end after complaining to Customer Service again, was agreed to 57 euros and then the credited me 52 euros. It is not a matter of the 5 euros obviously but a matter of principle and the treatment. Cleanliness was disappointing - I asked them to pay special attention as we had a crawling baby, the manager assured me the apartment would be "spotless as always" but when we lifted the rug in the living room there was sand and dust. Check-out was at 10am which we found quite early/ inconvenient, we ended up leaving the evening before.
