good location friendly, lovely staff clean comfy room

The landlord was very very nice. He helped us renting bikes, renting motorbikes and booking tickets for our next destination. We stayed there for 3 days and we hardly recommended.

The place was in a very quiet area.

The owner is very pleasant, although all communication has to be through Google translate. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable beds, with large shower/toilet space, the best hot water pressure in Vietnam so far. The outside of the complex is well maintained and very nice. We rented a motorcycle from him for 2 and a half days at a reasonable price, he has laundry service also. Finally he also took us to the train station.

It's outside of ninh binh , not close to any restaurants or shops so you need some personal transportation. The chickens and roosters calling outside at 5 a.m.

One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The host is very kind and welcoming, and the bed was extremely comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Can ask for a range of services (bikes, taxis scooter etc) and food from the staff. They only speak Vietnamese but was very easy and comfortable using Google Translate. The food was much better than I expected.

Owner was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there was always hot water.

The property was very pretty with lots of plants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the short walk into Ninh Binh.

Good, quiet location (about 20 mins from the centre). The host is super friendly and made us food when we arrived at around 8pm which was great! Spacious room, the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. Considering the price, not bad at all!

There were some cockroaches in the bathroom and the hot water didn't work. The wifi wasn't very reliable and the room was quite damp. You get what you pay for really
