Blue Garden Homestay

The family felt like real family :) the location was mind blowing, rooms where perfect!! And i would recomment to eat diner in the blue garden. Its home cooked with so much love and incredible tast and fresh products. We miss this place already ♡♡♡

The property is just outside ninh binh city, in a quiet location with a view of the mountains in the back of the property. It’s very clean. However the best part of this stay will be the staff. They are incredibly helpful, kind and just wonderful people.

The booking included breakfast but when I went to pay for the room the lady owner tried to make me pay for it (and I was not really a good breakfast to be honest) I had to show her my booking confirmation and she was OK with it but she made me paid for coffee that apparently is not included in the breakfast

Beautiful homestay with a lovely garden and lake/pond. Aunty took care of my partner while she was extremely sick, providing us with medicine and making us porridge to eat. Family was lovely. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This homestay really exceeded my expectations. The family who runs it is so welcoming and kind. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, but it's just a short scooter ride from tam coc village and all the trang an sights. They have scooters available to rent for 120,000 VND per day, and they also offer a taxi service for a fair price. If you're unsure about whether to stay here or in tam coc, i would definitely stay here and rent a scooter - it's so much nicer than tam coc, and the roads are fun to ride on. I was also really surprised by how good the rooms are considering the price. I would love to stay here again if I return to ninh binh
