Die Lage direkt am Deich ist hervorragend. Man kann direkt aufs Rad steigen und ist in wenigen Minuten an wichtigen Spots. Das 1-Zimmer-Apartement ist gut eingerichtet. In der Küche habe ich nichts vermisst. Im Bad fehlte Duschzeug/Handwaschlotion. Das sollte schon Standard sein für diese Preiskategorie. Das Apartement ist auch zur Stadt, zu Einkaufspassage, zu den Lebensmittelmärkten und zum Fährhafen ideal gelegen.

Beschrieben wird es als Erdgeschosswohnung. Auf der Rückseite ähnelt es aber eher einer Souterrainwohnung. So habe ich mich nicht getraut, nachts die Fenster offen zu lassen. Für eine Person ist das Zimmer ideal. Zu zweit wird es in Bad und Küche eher eng.
