Apartment seem a bit outdated and the bathroom could be cleaner. Toilet also makes a noise every time you flush.

Considering the size of the apartment, I was positively surprised of how everything fit there comfortably. It is well-designed and could be fit for long-term living (except for the neighbours, see below). The host was not present during check-in, but I received detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and the key locker, so I was completely fine with that.

I was rather disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment. Although the toilet, the faucets and the sink was clean, it was quite visible that no-one really dusted and/or vacuumed in months. The shower was also a bit moldy on the edges - something that can easily be remedied if cleaning was done regularly. There was no hand soap, which - I believe - is not an expensive item to invest into... Another problem was the general lack of guidance in the apartment: no greeting sign, no proper information on the Wifi (there was a board with an incorrect password on it, but no network name), no warning about the digestor in the toilet that starts whirling quite suddenly and loudly even when you pee (for someone who's not used to this, it can be pretty scary and annoying). These are things that don't really need lots of money, but would make the guests feel more welcome. But considering how everything in the apartment was in a "as-left-by-previous-guests" kind of state, I think that the owner don't really care about maintaining this cute little place apart from the absolute bare minimum. Although it's not the owner's fault, but I have to warn potential future guests that I had a really hard time falling asleep on the gallery as the neighbour on the left side probably has their TV next to the thin wall and I could literally hear everything the whole night.. I knocked on the wall several times, even went down and knocked on the door, but to no avail. I believe they simply feel asleep watching TV with a high volume on. Pretty annoying. So if you have trouble sleeping, this is not the place for you to stay.

The apartment was in a huge building with many hallways, like a labyrinth. If you are carrying many bags can be very annoying. The cleanliness wasn't good, the garbage can wasn't empty and there was an odd smell in the building and the apartment. The overall impression about the place is that it should be much cleaner regardless of the price.

Nice spacious place, with everything you could want/need. Close to town and 30 minute walk to the station.
