Very pleasant host

We don't like to write negative reviews, but we were disappointed in this accommodation. The host welcomed us very kindly, but there was no hot water in the evening, to which we were told to run the water for a long time, but even after 10 minutes the water was only lukewarm. There was no heating either, when we said we were cold, we got the answer that if it was hotter than 10 degrees outside, the heating system would stop... Also, the bathroom extractor fan brought in the smell of the neighbor's food. Unfortunately, although it is in a good location (near Tivoli park), it has its own terrace, but overall we were not satisfied.

The apartment was as described, cosy, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The owner was flexible and kind, we were allowed to arrive one hour earlier and stay one hour later as written in booking.com.

It was a bit cold in the apartment at the beginning, but after writing to the owner they increased the heat, so everything was fine. :)

The owner was very kind and the property had all the facilities we needed. Good location as well, 20 mins walking from the city cetre.

The apartment was not very clean and there was a very strong smell in both the bedroom and the toilet.
