It worked out that our host was able to let us into the property early as we arrived via plane quite early. If that hadn't been possible, she at least offered to let us leave our luggage while the apartment was cleaned. The communication and clarity was excellent. The apartment was just like the photos. A studio with air conditioning (in the kitchen but it comes into the sleeping area), a king size bed made up of two mattresses (no problem with falling in the crack as the frame kept them together), a modern TV with all the MTV music channels you could ever want, a pretty well equipped kitchen and all modern furnishings. There was very little we were left wanting for and we made everything work for us as a couple. For us, it really met our needs. We hired bikes and locked them up outside which made it even easier and quicker to get into the city centre. There were also some neighbourhood kitties to pet!

The apartment is right on the street/sidewalk so a car is parked in front of the bedroom window as are the bins. So you do have to keep your windows and curtains closed most of the time if you want privacy. There is more car traffic than expected going by for a quiet neighbourhood. But we never felt it was super busy or loud as it would be in a central location. One thing in the kitchen we really felt was missing - a toaster! We fried our bread on the hob instead.

La posizione tutto sommato vicina al centro e al bel parco e il parcheggio messo a disposizione gratuitamente; la pulizia dell'appartamento. Ottima forneria a beve distanza.

L'appartamento appare datato, ma ci si adatta. Avrei preferito lenzuola di cotone a quelle sintetiche così come avrei aggiunto asciugamani più grandi e zanzariere alle altre finestre.

We had an excellent experience at this apartment in Ljubljana. From the very beginning, the hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful: they offered us an early check-in as a courtesy since it was possible for them. They weren’t obligated to do it, but they chose to help us out, and we’re extremely grateful for that gesture, especially because we were exhausted from a long trip. The apartment is beautifully laid out, the space feels very well utilized, comfortable, and functional. Everything was spotless, and there wasn’t a single thing missing, whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. Super well equipped, very practical, and with great attention to detail. We absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Ljubljana. It’s a comfortable, complete stay with hosts who truly care about offering a great experience.

All essential facilties were available. 30 min walk to old city center. Quiet neighbourhood. Lidl at 10 min walking. Free parking at 100 m.

Very uncomfortable chairs at dining table. Small bathroom. Bad wifi. No comfortable couch to sit. Uncomfortable matras, low bed.

The apartment was a very good size. The bed was comfortable and it was good to have a couch and dining table. The kitchen worked out ok for us although there was no microwave or oven. We would have used the outdoor area under the tree more but it was too hot to sit outside during our stay. The location was good with a Lidl supermarket close by. We walked from the train station which at close to 2km was as far we would walk before using a taxi.

Everything was fine. We did have an issue with no hot water one morning but the host resolved that quickly.
