Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich hervorragend, man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und süß eingerichtet. Wir waren zu Zweit dort und dafür ist es perfekt geeignet.

Very close to the city centre, a safe environment, with coffee and vending machines available in the building. In the flat all the amenities one could need for a couple staying for a few days. Buses stop right in front of the building and bakeries, supermarkets, launderette, restaurants etc very close to the apartment. Also the Tivoli Park is about 10 min walk from the flat.

You have to get familiar with the building as it's a conversion of former factory offices. Follow the instructions from the host closely. In the flat, the stairs handrails could be firmer.

Seul tout petit bémol : préciser les conditions d'utilisation du parking du bâtiment.

L'appartement est très bien situé, confortable, bien équipé et très propre. L'appartement a été rénové avec goût, et a un charme atypique.

La taxe de séjour est à rajouter, nous avons laissé le montant en espèce dans l'appartement.
