Ethno Apartments

It has a good location, the apartment is nice and cozy.

There are three things to mention here: The host was friendly when I arrived, the furniture is exactly as displayed on the pictures and the location of the place is very convenient.

The cleanliness of the place was lacking. There were a lot of spider nets in the apartment and the provided towels smelled like mildew. Furthermore, there was hair from previous guests in the shower mat. I stayed for one uncomfortable night as it was already 10pm when I discovered all of that and reached out to booking.com the next morning at 8am. They contacted the host but she did not react. When I called customer support at 2 pm and they requested an early checkout for me, the host declined and was pretty rude stating that I could not check out as it was later than 10am. When I made clear that I would not stay for another night, she even declined to let me know where to put the keys for the apartment. All in all, she took the money for both nights in addition to the city tax that I paid her. She declined to give back the city tax for the second night which I did not stay in the apartment and was also unable to provide me any receipt, so I had to pay it again in the hotel where I stayed for the second night. I would not recommend staying here if you appreciate a certain level of cleanliness.

Info für Check in erst 2 Stunden vor Ankunft, ohne Internet nicht lesbar, Vermieterin war erst nach Intervention eines Nachbarn für mich telefonisch erreichbar, bekam allerdings über Telefon auch keine Info.
