Ethno Apartments

Milena was friendly and welcoming. The appartment was cosy and rustic with interesting decorations. Excellent location. You get instructions before on where to get the keys from, Its next to the appartment. Milena does communicate to make sure everything is ok.

A little noisy in the courtyard below. As the appartement overlooked a bar. The second night wasn't as much as the first night. But its the capital city so 24 hour noise should be expected. And i only stayed 2 nights if much longer it could get annoying.

Good centrally location for bus station and walking distance to Ljubljana town & shops, apartment quite, clean with ample utensils, lift to apartment on 3rd floor, price very reasonable. Supermarket next door. Helpful and informative host Milena.

Great location & nice apartment with all basic facilities

Milena communicated smoothly and was ready to help us with finding a way to store our luggage after and before check-in and check-out time. The apartment is situated near Ljubljana's main bus and train station.

The place is not recommendable even for one-night stays because of the cleanliness. Bed linen and towels were not smelling fresh, spider webs could be found at some pieces of furniture and we have observed some little bugs at the shelves. During summertime the room was really hot (temperature can be lowered thanks to the fan). What really disappointed us was the double bed. 140 cm wide mattress was put on 90 cm wide bed so unfortunately we experienced dreamless night.

Milena is a wonderful host. She was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check in, and she also arranged a place for us to leave our luggage after the check out tine since we still had time in Ljubljana before our bus departure. The location of the apartment is perfect, you are within walking distance from everything, including the main bus station.

The location is great - 5 min from the city center, and the room matches the expectation of ethno (ie traditional style - some old furniture, high ceiling, etc) The building is great - while they added an elevator - using the stairs makes you appreciate the old building with wooden steps and stone levels. While the main street was noisy, we got a decent night's sleep. We spent 1 night and everything was smooth - we had no issues. Milena provided great directions via WhatsApp with images etc.

The only small complaint we had was the cleanness of the sheets (they seemed clean, but they did not have a "fresh smell") - I think this can be easily fixed by adding appropriate liquids during cleaning.

This is a very beautiful little apartment, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The people in the house are friendly, and all in all we really felt at home. Milena, our host, was very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. Also the location is great, a bit away from the bustle of the old city but just a short walk away. If you want to stay for some days in Ljubljana - this is your place 🌸

Location between the station and the centre but not in the tourist district. The apartment was small but well equipped.

It was overlooking a courtyard with a nightclub so was quite noisy at night.
