Vše v pořádku, k dispozici celý dům – mnoho místa, terasa s výhledem na hory. V kuchyni bohatá výbava, Wi-Fi, TV funkční, není, co vytknout. Pár minut autem od ubytování městečko Lienz, kde je vše potřebné (obchody, restaurace). Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Snad jen příliš měkké matrace v jednom pokoji a v některých oknech chybějící sítě proti komárům, ale to jsou nepodstatné detaily.

Magically beautiful surroundings, the house is spacious, friendly, comfortable, well-equipped, and clean, with a wonderful view from the terrace. There are three spacious bedrooms where five adults and one child could stay comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well. The kitchen is fully equipped, with nice, perfectly usable kitchen appliances, tableware, and cutlery. On the terrace, there are comfortable chairs, lounge beds, and even a grill is available.The owner is approachable, friendly, and very reliable. I 100% recommend this accommodation."

電気機器は充分あるが、壊れた洗面台がそのままだったり、食器などに汚れが多かった。全体的にメンテナンスが充分ではなかった。

The flat was huge - too spacious for 4 people. The kitchen has more than enough machines and the sauna is the absolute highlight. The view from the room and the terrace is stunning. The owner lives downstairs and was responsive, provided with us all the things we asked for.

The two bedrooms have different mattress. One room is quite comfortable, however the other one is super soft. I was swallowed by the mattress, and the sleeping quality was poor after a long day of hiking. The cookware in the kitchen was basic. We could only boil and fry basic stuff.

Very nice and comfortable place! Clean and wondreful view! Good place to planning mountains walking. Problem-free owner. I recommend!

The house is very spacious, clean and really great, all rooms are large with lots of spaces, including rooms, kitchen, terrace. The kitchen is really huge and well-equipped. There are three bedrooms upstairs, all of them for two persons to sleep in. We are four, therefore we used only 2 rooms, but the house can be booked for six as well. The house is located in Oberlienz on the hillside. It is quiet, far from the main road and there is a beautiful panorama to the hills surrounding the valley. Cows are grazing on the neighboring plot. You can park with your car right in front of the entrance door, so there is no need to carry your luggage a lot. Lots of nature adventure programs are available nearby both in Austria and Italy as well.

The shower heat adjuster did not work for us perfectly, it was providing a litte too hot water. For supermarkets and restaurants you have to go to Lienz (approx 10 minutes drive), but the place is only accessible by car, so it is not a big issue.
