We stayed in apartment number 3 and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the place. The apartment was covered in dust, especially on the furniture and shelves, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The bed linen smelled musty, like mold, and didn’t appear properly washed or ironed, which means it likely wasn’t thermally disinfected as it should be for guest use. What made the stay even worse was the strong sewage odor coming from the bathroom drain. The smell spread through the apartment and made it very unpleasant to stay inside for long periods. On top of that, the sound insulation was extremely poor — we could hear every movement and every time water was running in the apartment below. The photos on Booking do not reflect the real condition of the apartment — it looks much better online than it does in reality. Overall, the apartment felt neglected, unhygienic, and uncomfortable, far below what I expected based on the listing. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone until the owners make serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and sound insulation. I wish I had known this before booking — it would have saved me a lot of disappointment.
