The apparment is walkable distance to Dachstein Krippenstein, which is the most attractive, experienitial place in Obertraun. Morever, I loved the balcony riverside & mountain refreshing view. You even get the view from bathroom which is an addon ;). We used to go for walk from the property to hallstat lakeside via OBB stattion & Pizzeria shop, which used to cover the entire town to explore!! :)

Nothing very specific, but the screeching sound of wooden floor was very new to me which I loved as i had no experience of the old wooden mountain house.

Everything was amazing about the property, the location, the view and the host is a very jolly and helpful Person. He came to pick us up from the station and also dropped us back while leaving. He helped us with the things around the town too.

The only con I would say is that the toilet was very old and was very small. The toaster and the coffee maker was very old, dirty and did not work.

The house is situated in a beautiful and serene location. I enjoyed everything, from the host to the view and the convenient location. I strongly recommend this property, especially for people who value mountain views more than plush accommodations and a highly modern style.

Very friendly owner. Perfect place in the middle of the nature. All was good and I recomend this house for your vacation. Perfect place for relax and turn off from everything what you need.

Furniture was older, but thats not a problem. Maybe better grill and rest place for visitors.

The host met us on arrival and showed us to the apartment and everything in the apartment. The apartment has everything anyone is likely to need in order to be comfortable during the stay. The apartment is in a lovely semi-rural location and very quiet, with lots of places to walk and visit.

This NOT a dislike - rather an observation............ the apartment just seems to be a little "tired" and "dated, however this did not take anything away from the enjoyment of our stay.
