Excellent location in the city center, well renovated flat

Perfect location, right on the Ljubljanica river but just on the edge of the centre of town so it was still quiet. Easy and beautiful walk into the centre of town. Great ice-cream in the cafe downstairs. The apartment is in an absolutely beautiful old courtyard building.

Some of the furniture, like the mattresses and the couch, need replacing at this point, they felt very used and not super clean. The kitchen sink was half clogged so doing the dishes wasn't great. There is a decent enough kitchen but if you're staying for 2-3 days only and planning to do some cooking keep in mind there isn't anything in the kitchen in terms of salt, pepper, oil, etc.

Great venue, finely designed modern apartment.

One of the bedrooms smelt heavily after cigarete/cigar smoke and it was extremely unpleasant to sleep there. Although the basic cleaning had been done, the room corners were full dust. One of the windows to the street lacked curtains. The host behaved In a sexist manner - he only greeted my husband and shook hands with him (upon meeting for the first time and as he was leaving us after check-in) - despite me being the one on whose name the booking had been made and who communicated with him prior to our arrival.
