"Disappointed as still ongoing issues."

Location

Freezing cold bathroom with no heating, window still not fixed so gap in window, and this has been highlighted before, and obviously not fixed. Also step into kitchen when walking through front door not highlighted and caused family member to fall and injure themselves quite badly.

Location

No heating on bathroom every time we need it a shower it was cold which is not very good in middle of winter try to contact the landlord to ask about it but they never got back to us so not very good communication
