"Could have been great..."

The location was great! A short walk to the beach. The pier and restaurants were pretty close too. Complex was nice! My kids loved the koi fish, water features, and activities available.

The condo overall was ok. During our stay, things were not properly cleaned. It smelled a little like fish. Upon moving out the trundle twin bed for my kids, we found a fish scale on the floor. Then, when setting up the beds we found hairs and sand on the bedsheets and pillows. The carpets had some sticky spots and food droppings. Then, when we went to shower all the containers (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) were almost empty. No paper towels or trash bags for us to use. Had to go out and buy several things that we expected to have available there. The beds were not comfortable for me. I woke up with a horrible backache, I didn't think I'd be able to go anywhere that day. The next night I slept sitting up and it was better.
