Apartment 5, Llandudno Apartments

It was central and in a good location

Property had a strong smell of cannabis and looked dirty, we had a group of men banging our apartment door down drunk at 1am due to the owner double booking our room, when we contacted the owner he seemed drunk and didn’t seem to care or apologize at first he said was a scam and not to answer to the men, these men knew our door key number as the owner had gave it them when they rang him. I asked for a refund to which he said he would only part refund us. As a group of 4 women this was such a scary experience for us, in all good location, but I’d avoid.

The apartment was very clean, and the location absolutely brilliant. No more than 200 mtrs to the prom and the seafront, and pubs and shops literally across the road. The apartment on the whole more than exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and definitely return.

It was really nice but a small snagging list: the bathroom sink plug did not work so could not fill the sink. The radiators could not just be turned on and off for comfort. Not good during the winter really. The front door does is very loose in the frame and during high winds it would rattle and bang in the frame. We had to buy door wedges to stop it.

of everything I liked was the location..it was superb..

it was very cold in the apartment.and the conditions were disgusting ,it was excessively cold in the bathroom..the cleanliness leaves much to be desired..the sheet in the living room was used...I don't recommend ..especially if you have children🤷‍♀️
