Apartment 5, Llandudno Apartments

the best thing about my stay here was the location, and then leaving.

Apartment 5. I was here for 5 days in june and can honestly say that it was one of the dirtiest and most disgusting spaces I've ever stayed at. Everything in this apartment was either broken or just completely dirty. Both sofas were disgusting, the leather one was peeling and had odd white stains that wouldn't come off, the other setee had a massive brown stain on one side, covered in dirt and filth, both arms of the sofas were also just so dirty, I wiped it down with a wipe and the wipe came back brown, and it smelt. The Cutlery wasn't washed, covered in stains, random selection of plates and mugs and for some reason a handful of mayonnaise packets just randomly in the cupboard? The sugar and tea boxes were smashed, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but there wasn't. The toilet when we arrived had urine just sat underneath it, clearly wasn't cleaned at all. Random broken bits everywhere, the light switch was covered in paint from where it's obviously been covered up. The wardrobe in the bedroom had a piece of cupboard underneath it, I know that it can't exactly be helped either but every single window was covered in bird excrement, it's just not the best thing to see when you open your curtains in the morning. The kitchen table and chairs were also just dirty, all the walls and the floors were dirty and vile. The best thing about this apartment is it's location, as it is clear that it's just never cleaned or even looked at.

If we had realised that we were on the 3rd floor and the stairs were so steep to get to the apartment, we would not have booked.The apartment could have been cleaner, and the furniture was shabby. The bed sagged in the middle.

There were about 4 flights of stairs, we were apartment 5, so it was at the top, the higher you went the steeper and narrower the stairs…both my partner and I have walking sticks so we struggled ( our own fault we should have checked) it would have been nice if there was a hairdryer, we were only there 2 nights and came by train so only brought light luggage… everywhere else we have stayed have had dryers, complementary tea/ coffee and mini wash products, but nothing at this one…so we had to go to a shop as soon as we got there .. It was noisy at night , lots of teenagers hanging around and a couple of boy racers . Although it was basically clean it could go with a through clean, especially the settees…

The amount of stairs you had to climb

I saved hard to give my children a night away, bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were ripped, no tea coffee, sugar or milk as complimentary. Peice of wood broken on floor of bathroom and the noise at night was awful had bo sleep at all as you could here everyone until 4am coming out of the pubs the sofa bed had the leather coming off i had to brush what i could up before i left on my hands and knees with a dust pan and brus no big brush to brush up. All in all wasnt very happy
