The location was perfect

It was ok

location was perfect easy access too the beach, kfc and Burger King only a 5 minute walk. the pool side and bar was our favourite every morning we went for a swim.

There were LOUD partying EACH night I was there on Friday and Saturday, Blasting music into 1AM. My kids and myself had a hard time falling asleep. The window was off rail, that certainly did not help! Gross Water Kettle, completely not cleaned still had either milk or mineral deposits on it. All Pots and Pans were not stick yet had deep scratches in it. Certainly not safe to use. The safe box key did not function. You could not get it to open once closed. The host offered us to leave because of the loud partying directly outside our bedroom, said she would refund 2 days. Until today, the refund has not been completed. More disappointing was Jean’s attitude. She was very dismissive about the noise issue, said it was not her problem. I just thought that she should have informed us, knowing that we had THREE Young Children with us. With the people smoking Weed and Loud Partying 50 feet from your bedroom was just too much for us. She should have at least informed us. The fire Alarm system which was directly behind our bedroom door, also was beeping the entire night. There was NO dining table, contrary to the description. There were high chairs for the kitchen island with no where to put your legs. The host did not provide ANY paper towel during the stay. Only Hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Each bathroom had Only One Light working. Also some sheets smelled really funky, I brought it up to Jean and she insisted that it was washed but the smell of the pillow case and the sheet was so strong that we had to cover it with towels during the first night. Jean was upset when we checked in the property four hours late. We checked in at 9pm instead of 5 due to a delay in our flight. She blamed us for coming late after we were already exhausted by the delay in the flights, with three young children, after finally making it to the property at 9PM.

The apartment was clean and modernly furnished, the kitchen was well kitted out and the bedrooms have AC. The rooms where cleaned often.There are stores and bars within walking distance and we found a local cafe that we had porridge from most mornings - cornmeal, hominy etc. The Jerk centre and Island village restaurants are also nearby. My family enjoyed their stay at the apartment.

The location was perfect and within close proximity to everything we wanted. The host was amazing, very responsive and accommodating to questions.

Outside the apartment (to the front) was an area with water that needed fixing-seemed to be settled water.. Otherwise it was ideal

The apartment had everything we needed and all facilities. I loved the location and the apartment was tastefully decorated and modern. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and also to the local attractions such as Dunns River Falls. Dolphin Cove and many more we just minutes away. There is a lovely restaurant on site but there is also lots of great options a stones throw away and plenty of local shopping options. The apartment gave us a holiday with the best of both worlds.

I don't honestly have anything to add here more than if u did have any concerns, communication with the host was excellent so any issues could resolved quickly
