Dobra lokalizacja (ca 1 km od centrum i portów, łatwy wyjazd lub dojście do terenów turystycznych, blisko do dworca kolejowego). Bogate wyposażenie, nieskazitelna czystość, w łazience zarówno wanna, jak i prysznic, generalnie cisza, choć wskutek inwestycji w mieście, lokalną uliczką prowadził objazd. Sam Spreewald przepiękny, warty polecenia także dla osób starszych.

Trudności w znalezieniu miejsca parkingowego na przyległych ulicach, a byliśmy poza wysokim sezonem. Bardzo strome i niskie schody na piętro, liczne progi w podłodze (wiele razy potykaliśmy się lub spadali ze schodka w salonie), sporo skosów na suficie, np. wysoka osoba z problemami wydostawała się z wanny, brak pralki (ale to wynikało już z informacji na booking.com)
