Хорошие комфортные апартаменты, есть всё необходимое. Очень приветливый хозяин. Удобная локация в самом центре, в пешей доступности до Ж/Д вокзала.

Иногда слышны поезда, но закрытые окна справляются с проблемой на отлично.

Persönliche Einführung durch den Gastgeber. Geschmackvoll Einrichtung. Geräumig mit Balkon/Terrasse. Im selben Haus gibt es ein nettes Café und schräg über die Straße ein Späti.

Durch Parterrelage im Hinterhof ist die Wohnung insgesamt recht dunkel und kühl. Gut im Sommer; vielleicht etwas zu dunkel im Winter. Ist aber Geschmackssache.

"Zentrale Wohnung mit Potenzial"

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral & die Schlüsselübergabe hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Am Wochenende und nach 18 Uhr muss man sich bei dem Vermieter der City Appartments telefonisch melden, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. - Ich habe zwar die kleine Terrasse für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt nicht genutzt, aber sie sah sehr einladend aus.

Für einen längeren komfortablen Aufenthalt fehlten leider ein paar Kleinigkeiten und die Sauberkeit hatte ebenfalls Verbesserungspotenzial. Es waren sowohl an der Küchenzeile als auch im Badezimmer Ameisen zu finden. Meine persönlichen Verbesserungsvorschläge für die Erdgeschosswohnung: - Eine weitere Rolle Toilettenpapier ohne den Vermieter anrufen zu müssen. (Es kann auch passieren, dass einem das um 3 Uhr nachts ausgeht & ich denke nicht, dass um diese Zeit ein Anruf gewünscht ist.) - Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer wie ein Waschbeckenunterschrank oder ein Wandregal - Spülmittel war leider nicht auffindbar/nicht vorhanden - Es waren leider keine Bilder an den Wänden, was die Räume sehr zweckmäßig aussehen ließ - Die Wand zur Nachbarwohnung im Schlafzimmer war wie aus Papier. Man konnte jedes Geräusch von dort hören. Vielleicht würde dort ein schallfressender Schrank o. ä helfen
