The location and its size.

Its all keyless and without any human. Normally this i would see it as a positive but provided the support was not reliant on my mobile service being operational and so slow to support a glitch on their system (deposit over internet). They should install a door phone that calls directly to the call center.

Nice & cosy apartment, equipped with a fully working kitchen, comfy beds, good heating. It was a comfortable stay for our family of 5. Ski areas are within 10-15 minutes drive and I guess there's also some bus service should someone arrive with public transport. There's a room with access control to store your ski equipment/bike overnight with boots and gloves drier, too 👍

The guests on the top floor with a few kids were really loud, the whole night the kids were running around and we could hear every single step.

Very good location for ski resort Kitzstainhorn, Saalbach, Zell am See. Just in middle - 15-20 minutes to each of them. Special common room for ski and ski boots with shoe dryers. Lift in building from ground to first floor ;)

It's very difficult to dry jackets if they're wet after a day of skiing. There's only one radiator in the bedroom, but it's hard to have maximum heat when sleeping in the same room.
