Comfy Colonial Apartments

Great location (new town). Superb host, really responsive and catered for all our needs. All amenities within 2 minutes walking distance. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Marrakech.

Very good hot water and quiet location. Comfortable beds and easy access to city.

The only down side is that there is no bin.

The location was absolute bang on just literally 5 min walk to gueliz central, where the shops and food is located. It was a quiet and discreet location. From when I booked it and looked on the map I thought of a different location but when I got there it was perfect. Very close to diwane hotel. As mentioned below in what I didn't like. The second apartment was an upgrade to our first apartment. The owner and member of staff were exceptional they went way above my expectations to keep us happy. Thank you. I will be recommending this accommodation very highly to friends and family and I will definitely be using again. The owner messaged me straight away to apologise for the issue which I raised and rectified it straight away. I did mention it's something that's not in his hands it's just general wear and tear and things happen. He and Sabah were absolute great. Gutted it wasn't the best of weather to use the swimming pool but hopefully when I do come back in the summer Il get a chance to just chill in the pool.

Something that's not in the owners hands there was a blockage in the bathroom, had a bad drain smell, soon as I reported it and spoke to a member of staff Sabah, within minutes Sabah and the Landlord moved us to the opposite apartment. Which is mentioned above. So it turned into a positive within minutes can't complain at all.

secure location, small pool was a bonus to cool of during the day good communication from the management.

no supplementary sheets or stock of toilet papers ect.. although we never asked and purchased items.

Very secure and excellent location. gorgeous property, beautifully decorated. It was comfortable and spacious. The location was great, walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. Special thanks to the lovely Sabah who was super attentive from day one. I can’t wait to stay there again…
