"Wonderful stay in this perfectly situated apartment, right next to beach with lovely sea view from the balcony."

Location near the sea with great view. Great host communication tailored to our needs. Easy parking. Spacious, has everything you need from beach beds to washing machine. Easy walking distance to town and also small grocery shop close by. Great for staying close to Marzamemi or travelling further eg Noto or Modica.

"The perfect place to stay in magical Marzamemi"

Location is perfect as it is far enough away from all the restaurants of Marzamemi but only a short walk to get to them. The beach is literally on your doorstep and the property supplies beach chairs and parasol which is really important for me. You can hear the waves lapping gently as you fall asleep.

Nothing important at all. A mention of where the nearest supermarket is would have been helpful. An excellent brand new Coop has just opened a few minutes drive away which has absolutely everything for self catering.

"Lovely view of Marzamemi bay."

Fantastic location a few minutes walk from the center of Marzamemi, with a lovely view directly on the sea. The beds were comfortable and the shutters and heating worked well.

One small niggle: the quantity of hot water was quite tight for two adults to take a shower in series. Otherwise, it was great.

Great apartment, it had all you need. Location is great, a bit away from all the hustle and bustle, just a 5min walk from the town centre.

Lovely decorated appartment not far from the piazza, 10min walk. Impressive balcony view what makes the appartment special for sea view lovers.. 1 grocery shop 1 min walk Parking in front of the house Beach material (long chair and umbrella) at disposal what is really nice

Little but overpriced region and appartmemt. Same price than Switzerland (what is usually difficult to find). Neighberhood not so beautiful that cannot be compared to piazza place. A massive amount of sea weed was at nearly all the coast in the 5km around, we were really not lucky so front house beach could not be used. Would ask before booking if you want to use the beach.

We had a great stay at Casa dell'Alba. The location of the apartment is great right at the beach and minutes walk to the little town. Marzememi is truly a magical place. The apartment is fitted out with much attention to detail and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!
