Eine ruhige Lage, sehr schnell am Strand und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Natürlich auch ar das eine von den älteren Unterbringungen, aber trotzdem sauber, in der man sich wohl fühlen konnte.

Struttura pulita e accogliente con un grande giardino attrezzato (unica nota dolente le zanzare, ma l'appartamento è fornito di diversi strumenti (zampironi, ecc) e siamo riusciti a cenare tranquillamente fuori. La piscina era in una struttura vicina, ma raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti attraverso un bellissimo vialetto costeggiato da ulivi. Cucina dotata di tutto quello che può servire. Luca ed il padre si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili. In meno di 5 minuti di auto si arriva a Viareggio. Eravamo un gruppo di amici siamo stati soddisfatti. Consigliato!

Nulla tutto ok. (Durante un fortissimo temporale è entrata acqua in sala ma è stato un evento straordinario dato dal maltempo che ha colpito tutta la zona.)

Disponibilité et convivialité de l'hôte, qui parle parfaitement anglais, mais aussi discrétion pendant le séjour. Logement spacieux et confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se protéger des moustiques (moustiquaires sur toutes les ouvertures, matériel anti-moustique pour l'intérieur et pour l'extérieur, ...). Grand espace extérieur privatif.

L'annonce pourrait préciser que la piscine se trouve à 5 à 10 minutes à pied du logement, et qu'un bonnet de bain est nécessaire. Un four à micro-ondes pourrait être un plus.
