Kein Tv nur im Keller und der ging nicht zu wenig Wc nur eine Dusche in einen Zimmer

A környék nagyon szép, tízen voltunk és kényelmesen elfértünk. A tulajdonos rugalmas volt az érkezést illetően. Pozitívum a két hűtő és az elegendő fürdőszoba.

A szállás sajnos nem túl modern. Régi kopott bútorok. Az egyik szobában az ágy törött volt és egy téglával volt alátámasztva. Kevés a fény, sötétek a helyiségek. Alig van valami világítás a konyhában, a nagy étkezőben, a billiárd szobában. A pincében elviselhetetlen dohos szag van, így a billiárdot és a Playstationt nem tudtuk használni. Az étkező- nappaliban a kanapé még sosem volt tisztítva. Nincs elegendő tányér, pohár. Sajnos a képek alapján döntöttünk amik nagyon megtévesztőek, nem tükrözik a valóságot, viszont a kommentek remekül leírják az állapotokat. Hiába olcsó a szállás nem ajánlom. Ha a tulajdonos foglalkozna a szállással, alapos takarítás, festés, világítás és új bútorok (legalább ágyak) remek szálláshely lehetne, addig legfeljebb alacsony kategóriájú munkásszálló.

Da die Unterkunft sehr gündtig war fällt unsere Bewertung eher wohlwollend aus. Es gibt eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, 3Duschen und Toiletten und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Keller am Billardtisch und der PS3. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Gleich vor der Haustüre fährt der kostenlose Shuttlebus mit dem man völlig stressfrei zwischen Mayrhofen und Schwendau pendeln kann. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Leider ist das Haus nicht besonders sauber und die Schränke und Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind wirklich nicht einladend.

It all comes to price. This accomodation is cheap and spacious, given the location. That being said, you must accept some compromises. We were there 6 adults (2 of them elderly - they used rooms on ground floor) and 4 children. Everything was fine, if you don´t expect flawless cleanliness and brand new stuff. Equipment and furniture is basic, little bit worn, but working. Nothing more, nothing less. Clearly aimed at young groups since there is a pooltable and PS3 with projector in basement and snowboard themed decorations. Lots of places to go around (waterfalls, klettersteige etc) To sum it up - if you pay 30% less for your accomodation than next relevant one, you should adjust expecations. We were perfectly fine with that!

- Kitchen equipment is very basic - not enough glasses, pans, pots for bigger groups. - Some lights are very dim, changing them to something brighter would improve the perception. - One bed was just matress on the floor (i presume it is ment for the one who comes last). :-)

Super właściciel. Nie było problemu z nocnym imprezowaniem z naszej strony, nikt nie robił problemu o hałas. Dzieciaki miały do dyspozycji bilard i konsolę do gier.

The house was ideal. It has plenty of space and our kids loved the garden. It was clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The local area is beautiful and easily accessed from the location. Our kids are younger but it would work for older ones or groups. We had a dinner provided one night that was delicious too.

It was all good, the photos represent the house well so we knew what to expect.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is in a beautiful location, and the surrounding views are stunning! Great value for money and a perfect place for large groups or families.

Localization and spirit of the house

Parking and neighbors (party at night and complaining about how I’m parking my cars) small amount of tableware.

Perfect accomodation for group of people with interest in sports. We were here in summer, so you can do climbing, via ferratas, hiking, road or mountain biking, then you can visit one of two water parks in the area and on the way back, you can buy some local food and make a little grill party in the garden with the mountain view. Perfect holiday.
